I do not recommend this place at all. I paid $60 for a wheel alignment that took less than five minutes, and my car was still pulling to the right exactly as before. I went back almost four times, but they never properly inspected the issue or fixed it. They kept making promises without solving the problem, and eventually told me to go somewhere else. I also repeatedly asked to speak with the manager or person in charge, but they refused to provide a contact number or let me speak with anyone responsible. This was a complete waste of my time and money, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

If I could give this place 100 stars out of 5, I would! Jeff was incredibly helpful from the very beginning taking care of my car. I got my car aligned, oil changed and a tire change all for a fair price! I couldn’t have asked for a better group of mechanics to have fixed my car. Definitely worth the drive from Chattanooga!

As a business owner, I pay close attention to how customers are treated — and this shop absolutely delivered. I walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted with professionalism and courtesy. The staff was friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. No attitude, no pressure, just straightforward and honest service. The pricing was more than reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and the turnaround time. They treated me like my business mattered, even though I was just a walk-in. It’s refreshing to find a place that understands customer service still matters. I’ll definitely be back and will gladly recommend them to others.

This was my second purchase from G2G tires. The first visit i purchased a full set of tires from the owner who was on sight that day. I was more than pleased good quality work and professionalism. This time was a disaster I purchased a full set of tires on my own 20" rims and unfortunately only got two of my own rims back. The poor sole next to me never noticed and left before me. When confronted with the issue as first they were helpful and apologized for the mistake. Which is all it was. And we waited to see if the other car owner would notice and come back. After almost a month of waiting i asked what the next step would be. That when they suddenly had no idea who I was. When I ask to speak with the owner a man (he was the an employee) said he was the owner until I told him I'd seen him and he wasn't it...lol... when asking again to contact him. They said they didn't know him...... if this reaches the owner..... please help.
